Dear CAWF Country/Region Leaders:

I am excited to report that 186 delegates from 20 countries/regions sent in their registration to date. November in Hong Kong is fairly dry and pleasant when the temperature is mild. I am looking forward to meeting many of you and fellowshipping with you; to sharing reports from different regions and fields and to the teachings and messages of God’s words from various speakers.

As many co-workers plan the last minute details and preparations, may you remember in your prayers that all may be enriched and edified throughout their Conference experience.

It is our wish that many Alliance pastors from your country/region attend this Conference and meeting other Alliance pastors from over 30 countries/regions. In addition to networking and fellowshiping, and hearing what God is doing among the Alliance in different parts of the world, I think you would be as excited as I am being edified with the words of God by a number of respected speakers.

主內平安！

　　近日，世界各地都關注自5月12日於中國四川發生強烈地震的消息，我們心痛看見災難帶來巨大的損毀，眾多家庭失去至親及家人下落不明，實在令人悲憫哀傷。深信你們過去不斷為災民及拯救工作懇切禱告主。

　　直至目前，各地充斥著熱心的賑災回應及獻金援助。眾多的資源能量集中在當下的拯救工作時，災後省市及災民生活的重建也是刻不容援的。過去香港宣道會累積了數十年的服侍國內經驗，相信能為我們召聚災後重建的支援上擔任主導角色。藉此，海外教會及熱心人士可透過香港宣道會及其屬下機構代表，從可靠的渠道及有質素的工程計劃中參與支持四川重建工作。
